The property is conveniently located close to the pier and city center and can see the property as the ferry nears the pier. The owners are attentive and helpful. We enjoyed renting a motor bike and driving through the island. Very beautiful.

It is close to the ferry pier. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also a 7-Eleven not far from the hotel. It is quiet at night.

Was a 1000 Baht a night hotel at best but cost me 3200 baht. Pictures very misleading. Breakfast was terrible and motorcycle I rented from them was dangerous and a piece of junk (speedometer not working, steering pulled to right …a heap of junk) Told lady I wasn’t happy about hotel breakfast and motorbike and she did nothing Avoid this grossly overpriced hotel and it’s misleading pictures

Have stayed at this hotel several time now and the manager and staff are always extremely helpful ! This hotel is in my opinion an excellent choice when staying on the island I would recommend

Suntosa was a great place to stay. It is located very near the Koh Lairn Dock.it is easy to get to with ykur luggage. The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. It is not far, 200m, to the buses that take you to all the beaches. Niall is best for snorkeling. There are good places to eat nearby. Pooksie’s was very good.

The owner and staff were all very nice and always helpful with a smile. The view was amazing, the deck area being a great place to relax. It was the friendliest hotel I've been to in Thailand.

The staff were excellent accommodating our every need. I liked that I could get a shower in the common space after check out. The bed was comfortable but we found the pillows far too hard. Be sure to ask for a room with a decent balcony; we could hardly fit even one person on ours. The breakfast could use a little attention. We found the eggs under cooked and the bacon over cooked. Also they cut up the fruit the night before and although it is served quickly it is shrivelled, especially the water melon.

Best central hotel near to Na Baan Pier, GREAT!
Was welcomed by Martin, shown to our amazing room with the Sea View, well worth the extra. Room was just perfect, great quality and so comfortable. Breakfast was good, we also had evening dinner one night which was just so good, my gf is Thai and we both agreed the food was better than even the local restaurants, so good we even returned for late lunch after we had already checked out. Martin and his team are amazing hosts and we really enjoyed the whole island and their friendly advice on the different beaches

Booked a room for three people, had confirmation from expedia that my booking was for 3 people. Took a ferry to the hotel and checked in. When we questioned where the extra bed was, we were advised one would be brought shortly. When staff brought the bed, it consisted of a bed roll and a few blankets. We queried where the extra bed was to be told that they do not have a fold out bed and the third person would need to sleep on the floor. We queried with the hotel owner called Martin who was extremely rude to my partner, walking away from her at one point waving his hands around. A few minutes later I received a call from Martin who offered a spare room free of charge for our third person but at this point we had decided to catch the last ferry home. Martin did advise he hadn't received our additional information from Expedia and he would not have allowed us to check in if he had. Very poor from Expedia and not what I would have expected from a hotel owner either though to be fair he did offer a spare room free of charge in the end.

Hi Were very sorry there was a misunderstanding with your booking. Like at the time of your booking i just tried to point out to you that there is not an option to book a room for 3 persons with an extra bed and you certainly had not paid any extra for this. We gave you and offer of a roll out floor mattress with bedding for free which you turned down and to try to keep the peace we even offered you 1 free room for the night which again was turned down. Im very sorry if your wife thinks i was rude sometimes it can be very difficult to explain the situation when the customer is not happy. I was simply trying to explain the room is booked for 2 person, there is no option on the expedia site to book for a 3rd person and extra bed so there is certainly been no extra payment so after the options we gave you to deal with the situation i really dont think its fair to blame the hotel or myself. I have spoken to the receptionist who should have been clearer at reception about the extra bed, although to be fair we have not had a situation like this in over 6 years. You did show me a copy of a email you sent to expedia which i had never seen or obviously replied never replied to. May i suggest you check the conditions of your booking in the future and any special requests you should contact the hotel directly and get a confirmation reply that your request is confirmed. Im sorry we could not resolve the situation at the time and i wish you and your family all the best for the future.

CLEAN AND GREAT PLACE TO STAY
The Staff were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed, the mini bar was a plus. They were all extremely helpful during our stay, giving us information on the area, Hotel Foyer was welcoming, a bright open and airy space. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the staff went above and beyond their duties in keeping the room tidy.

Being world travelers and having a bed and breakfast of our own, we always look for best value for our dollar. This place was not only beautiful and clean but it was close to the port which made it easy when we arrived. The hotel is stylishly decorated and rooms are modern and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodationg and the restaurant was a huge plus. One of the selling points was the hotel and restaurant accepted credit card which made everything a lot easier for us as well. We also rented our motorbike from them which made getting around the island that much more convenient. Wonderful stay and we would most definitely stay with them again. Highly recommended

Good location near the pier. Made welcome by Pete and all staff. Great terrace to enjoy drinks and breakfast. Awesome view back at Pattaya. Breakfast was very good. Cannot thank Pete enough for his hospitality.

It’s OK but nothing special
The hotel is to an OK standard and is a short walk from the public ferry pier. If you arrive by speedboat you may be dropped at a beach and need to get a Tuk Tuk taxi back to the pier. The room was OK but bathroom was very tired and also smelt very musty in the shower - there was mould on the lower part of the shower and the shower curtains needed washing (probably Where the smell came from) Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just OK nothing at all to write home about. It’s an ok place to stay but we were also disappointed in the area too - so not our best excursion in Thailand ...

Easy to check in and out. Helpful staffs and quite cozy place to cheer out. Especially u will definitely enjoy the sea view. For Budget trip I recommend u to buy the food from the market places and bring back to the hotel and sit there enjoy the sea view

Review on Suntosa resort
You will be able to see the white colour resort on the right when the ferry is approaching to Na Baan Pier. For the i think the location of the resort is quite ok, because i carry gps with me. Walking distance from the pier to the resort takes me 10min. There are a lot of small lanes in Koh Larn,so just uturn back the route where you came from,if you turn to the incorrect lane. They provide Breakfast set menu & it was great. Room is spacious and basic amenties are provided (2towels,shampoo,conditioner,shower cap,soap). At night,you can go back to the pier area for dinner which the locals open up mini night market for the Tourist.

I have been to Kho Larn many times but I was so happy and surprised to find Suntosa Hotel. I had come to expect only basic not so clean sandy type bungalows but my room was like a five star Bangkok Hotel. Martin the owner-manager was very helpful and I am looking forward to revisiting soon. Such a relaxing change from the bustle of Pattaya !

Easy to find off of the ferry. A nice view of the sea and Pattaya. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Great restaurant down the road. A prefect place for 1 or 2 nights.

Great view of sea and city lights
Homey hotel. I felt very comfortable staying here. I rented a motorbike for 300 baht a day and made the easy 10-15 minute ride to many beaches
