This condo is at south Pattaya, quiet and convenient location to the city. It takes 6 mins to Bali Hai bay by walk, and 8-10 mins to Walking Street, the biggest night place in Pattaya. “Baht Busses”, public transportation route to go around Pattaya city runs right next to us. There is also UNIXX free shuttle busses here.

Dear guests, please note that
1. Weekly cleaning cost of 500 baht per week;
2. Electricity / Water utility cost of 375 baht per week (ie. 1500 baht per month);
3. WIFI cost have been included in the rental charge.

For weekly cleaning, if guest stay for 1 month, 3 times weekly cleaning services are included. if guest stay for 3 weeks, 2 times weekly cleaning are included, etc.

For electricity / water utility, the cost of 375 baht per week is included in the rental charge. Actual utility usage cost will be billed to guest if it is over 375 bath per week, subject to the number of weeks being rented.

For purely reference only, the utility cost per month is about 1000-1300 baht per month based on the previous tenants' tracked records on the reasonable and fair use basis.
