"The staff stole an $80 medicated rub from my wifes toiletries that she uses on my back (I've broken 13 vertabra in the past and that's why I have it). It was in a tote bag on the ground next the phone in the room. We came back from lunch and the tote bag was empty. They had emptied the trash but not other cleaning was done like they took it and never came back. We requested they come back to the room 6 times. Nothing was done BUT they did come to ask about missing clothes someone had forgotten in the drawer...very upset."

"So I felt (the owner disagreed) that the property wasn't listed accurately. In the listing, under Amenities, it said "parking", but after I paid for it, the owner sent me a message saying I can't use the parking, it's reserved for the tenant. I told him that was a bit disingenuous to list that as an amenity, I'll let the reader be the judge. The apartment is very small, and the bed is a hide-a-bed that you pull down from the wall and it takes up most of the room. The parking thing was a pain because I had some stuff I couldn't leave in my car. The owner assured me there was nearby parking, and that parking wasn't competitive on weekends in canton, but the first night I had to park 8 blocks away after hunting for 20 minutes and had to carry all my stuff back and forth, and on the way out it was suddenly raining and I had to walk 3 blocks to my car. Also, if you're a stickler for this sort of thing (I'm not) I think the apartment may be against fire code, as there's only one exit and no windows or alternative exit. "

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."

"Stayed at this lovely 3 story row house while we were in Baltimore. House was fully stocked- linens, towels, dishes etc. washer dryer was bonus! Beds were comfortable & warm (happened to hit cold front during our stay). Lots of room for families or multiple people. Owner communicated clearly & was easily accessible when needed. Great area of Baltimore, ½ block from a park, 15-20 min walk from Fells Pt. There is parking in back- we just used Uber/ Lyft during our stay. We loved our stay! "
