Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patzcuaro. easy walk to Plaza Quiroga, many restaurants and excellent coffee shops, and local market. Moises at the front desk is an extremely nice gentleman. He was very informative, and explained in detail the various smaller towns we could visit close to Patzcuaro including the island of Janitzio, the archaeological site of Tzintzuntzan, and the copper producing city of Santa Clara among many others. He was also very helpful to us with the transportation options to easily get to those places and others.

Exceptionally clean. Receptionist Adriana generously provided bus and combi info, and suggestions of places to visit. Owner Alma made me rice and eggs when I was very sick. Excellent location near the Plz. Principal, the mercado, and public transit. There’s even a small tianguis twice a week at the Plz. San Francisco, in front of the Posada. Hotel guests may use the kitchen. The avian mascot, Coti, always amused.

La habitación estaba extremadamente pequeña, la cama en segundo nivel y ese nivel está muy bajo y tienes que andar agachado, el baño es una miniatura, super incómodo. Lo único bueno que tiene es que no está tan lejos de la plaza principal (2 calles) pero no volvería nunca a este lugar.

Este es un magnífico lugar para hospedarse y con una excelente ubicación para disfrutar del centro de Pátzcuaro. Las instalaciones son confortables, limpias y la atención del personal es más que buena. Eso si, no es un lugar de hotel de cinco estrellas, pero si de cinco corazones.
