I think my stay would have been better if the farmers strike was not happening shutting down some road access. The strike limited my ability to get around effectively making the location not as ideal for my business. WiFi did not work first 2 days, but they gave me a conference room with hard line for free and were attentive to all my requests. Good location for business access, but not ideal for vacationing as it is a bit far from the city center.

Assigned a room to me but the room had been assigned to another guest. AWKWARD. Only1 very small elevator. Inconvient for so many guests but at least the stairs work. Price seems high for the small room small bath etc.

Good hotel, value for money. Only note is with an electric car, the hotel charger is a very old charger and the Tesla charger there isn't available to other brands yet so.. be aware if you are with an electric car your car will need 15-20 hours for a full charge.. but hey its for free so enjoy it

Excellent facilities for travel on route.
Excellent access to the hotel from the A64 motorway. Good car parking facilities. Welcoming reception area and very efficient check-in. The room was exceptionally clean with modern fittings. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

This hotel is convenient and friendly, it’s always very clean from reception to the breakfast area. Breakfast is very nice and plentiful, we like the hotel for the comfy beds and is usually very quiet. Our last visit had a small issue with the night staff who allowed an external door continuously to bang when open or closed. Reported to staff although they denied it was them (only person on duty) the noise stopped immediately.

Pleasant hotel with helpful staff
This is the second time I have stayed at the Kyriad Prestige. It is a pleasant hotel and quiet with helpful staff. The resturant is a typical chain type steak house, but is fine and the staff are helpful.

2nd time we have stayed here as a family. Both times had two adjoining bedrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Both rooms excellent. Would recommend this hotel. Unfortunately can’t really comment on location as only used it as a stopover whilst travelling to and from Spain.

The Kyriad Prestige Pau is conveniently located on the North side of Pau's ring road, about a 20 minute drive from the airport or from downtown. The room was spacious and squeaky clean. The soundproofing to the heavy traffic on the ring road was very good. A pleasant, quiet lounge and bar with craft beers, served with a smile, was welcoming after long days at work.

Great place! Greeted with a smiling face & an offer of a cold drink on tap when we arrived at 1am! The rest of the stay followed suit. Great breakfast buffet, which didn’t seem like a buffet, just lots of wonderful choices, including eggs, wonderful pasteries, fruit, yogurt, yum! Definitely recommend

We stopped as a one night stay heading to Pyrenees on our bike. Got a blow out on our way out and had to get a rescue off motorway. Went back and the manager couldn't help us more. Rang round bike shops and sorted a new tyre, also found us another room even though they were booked up on Hotels.com. I really couldn't say how great they were massive help

Receptionist was excellent when we checked in close to midnight she made us sandwiches - but second night room had not been cleaned fully and we only noticed there were no fresh towels when we came to have a shower in a rush the following morning - so great start but disappointing for two nights - would stay again though and receptionist apologised about towels next morning
