"A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there."

"My family and I stopped here for the one night on our way cross country and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it."

"The room was clean and exactly what we expected. I was a little concerned because I had read some bad reviews but we had no problem with our 1 night stay. Cookies were great and breakfast was good with lots of options."
"Check in was a little slow but we didn't mind. The room was nice and comfortable. It also had a pull out bed chair which was a nice surprise. The kids loved the water park . We didn't order any food instead ordered dominos. It was a lot cheaper. It looked like they had good food choices for decent prices though. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel. There is a bbq restaurant you can walk outside too its basically attached. One thing i learned while we were checking out you can come before check in and enjoy everything while you are waiting on your room and also enjoy the water park the whole next day after check out."
"Clean and bright room, good breakfast and pool amenities, very friendly staff all around.
The property is right on the lake though there is no easy access from the hotel so we had to walk around a little. However, there is a nice, green area facing the lake, which was very nice."
