Gîte L'hirondelle - A holiday home in a quiet and natural location with a shared swimming pool

Welcome to our l'Hirondelle gîte.



This independent gîte is located on the small holiday estate "Aux Martis", in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne countryside. We are surrounded by hills and dense forests, historic castles, and mystical ruins. This region is known as the heart of the "Pays de Bastides": we are in the middle of the Monflanquin, Villeréal, and Monpazier bastides. The Dordogne, a region famous for its gastronomy, authentic villages, and ancient caves, is just a stone's throw from us.



A small path leads you to the shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The swimming pool is open from June to September.



On the ground floor, you will find:

- the dining area with a modern kitchen: electric oven and induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher

- a lounge area opening onto the terrace and a lounge area near the wood stove

- the bathroom (shower, sink) with toilet

- two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (2x80x200)



From the living room, a staircase leads to the comfortable mezzanine where there is a single bed (90x200). The mezzanine is not high, so we recommend this place especially for children and young adults.



About 50 meters from the gîte there is a communal building where a washing machine can be used free of charge.



On request, we provide a baby cot and/or high chair free of charge. Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, etc.) are provided, bathroom linen is available for an extra fee.
