"Stayed here on 4-15-26. When I arrived it was 74 degrees in my room. A coworker said it was 78 degrees in his room. Front desk said the storm the night before caused issues with the HVAC systems. No AC all night made for a rought night of sleep. Everything else was great. "

"Wonderful hotel, very nice bar tender and wonderful drinks. Especially enjoyed the full old world decor. Only downside was the air system in the room I was in was a little loud as it had a large duct. But I will take heat and cool over sound. "

"Hotel was fine. Beds are small and hard, breakfast was very good, hot tub was Luke warm at best."

"Bed was not made completely with fitted sheets rolling up over mattress in the room assigned, pillows questionable, and some crumbs on the floor. They gave us a new room. The new room was ok, but obviously not cleaned thoroughly as there was still food in the cupboard from prior guests . At 830 am breakfast was out of oatmeal, eggs, sausage and we got the last yogurt. Juice dispenser not working, water dispenser not working, and out of napkins. We have stayed here several times in the past but the facility needs a refresh and a better staffing plan. Drew was doing his best at the front, but clearly didn't have the support needed. Will look at other hotels next time"

"This was my second time staying at this location. Both times the staff has been very nice and the rooms were great!"

"Overall the house and property were fantastic. The river is beautiful and it is a very serene environment. I was highly disappointed with the fact that there were blood stains on a cream colored chair in the main bedroom, which I took a picture of and sent immediately to the host. He apologized and said he would send someone asap to clean or remove the chair from the space. We waited for hours and no one came to remedy the situation. When I reached out after 5 hours of waiting, the host stopped responding. We had to move the chair out of the room ourselves and move another chair in (we have a 5 week old infant and needed seating for middle of the night care). The blood stained chair made me question the quality of cleanliness generally for the home, and the lack of communication on the host’s end was honestly very disappointing. If the chair issue had been resolved, I definitely would have given a higher rating. "

"The house was beautiful, the views were stunning, and the projector room was fun. My son and I really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river. Overall it was a great stay, and recommend it to anyone."

"Everything was awesome!!! Comfy bed, hot tub accommodations were relaxing and peaceful. It was so comfortable. I loved that there was a snack and beverage option via Venmo, had we been able to stay longer than a sleep it really would have come in handy. Easy check in and awesome host communication. Definitely recommend."
