"Beautiful historic hotel . Rooms could do with electric outlets next to the beds and bathrooms could be updated. The service is bit too formal- when we requested a dinner reservation we could not get the time we wanted and when we arrived a half hour after our requested time there were only two tables taken- it was empty. Great value and comfort in Evora

"Hotel is very new (Oct 2024) so in excellent condition. Extremely comfortable bed. Great value with onsite restaurant and pool (small fee to use). Easy walk thru the old city walls. Leisurely 20 minute walk to the Basilica which is fantastic because you walk up the tower and across the roof to get panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. "
