"Check-in was interesting when the hotel didn't have our Expedia reservation. Staff were every accommodating by giving us an apartment across the road instead of the room that was booked. However, the apartment was unprepared for guests and some essentials were missing from the room which were provided by the night porter. Open louvre windows could have explained the insects and slight road dust in the apartment kitchen on arrival. The staff did their best but it was not the experience we were hoping for, though breakfast was great."

"My stay in Cachi was a fulfilling and peaceful one. Bill was a fantastic host and he made sure I had everything I need and gave me pretty good tips. Ricardo, the local groundskeeper has done a phenomenal job making the place look like a slice of heaven settled in the middle of the mountains. I don't know what he gets paid but that guy deserves a raise! Seriously, the place is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. It's a fairly large property and you can easily satisfy your hiking itch and see all of the beauty the property has to offer. The locals were friendly and helpful and exemplified the national saying of Pura Vida!!! I would 10/10 recommend this rental to anyone want to have their own little place of solitude and peace for a few. "

"Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Great view of Turrialba and the valley below. Lots of suggestions for activities. Grow and offer their own coffee, cheese, marmalade. Great breakfast. We’ll be back. "

"We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"

"As you drive up through the palm trees, you can tell you’re in for a treat. Peaceful, beautiful grounds surround Casa Hotel Turrire- and include lovely walking trails through the jungle. The rooms are comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. "
