"It’s a maintained older house in a neighborhood. Very clean with niceties like fresh toothbrushes and paste, a washer dryer. A few KPods and teas. Spacious with older back deck. There were 6 of us and we spread out comfortably. We very much enjoyed our stay. Visited many of the downtown shops and places to eat and the museum. Ran out of time to do all we wanted to do so will be back to town again!"

"The Prairie Rose cottage was absolutely PERFECT for our girl's weekend in Pawhuska! It is such a charming home & decorated so beautifully! The beds were very comfortable & we really had everything we needed at the house. We ended up not walking down to the Mercantile, but still appreciated the close location. We enjoyed Pawhuska so much. The people are incredibly friendly & welcoming. I can say we will definitely visit again and will pick dates that allow us to stay at this home again next time. "LOVED this place!! I think one of my favorite things about it, since this was a siblings trip, was that we each had our own space to sleep and plenty of linens/blankets were provided. It made our stay so comfortable, and sleep is important! The location was excellent as well. Quiet street, and we walked to the mercantile, even though there is a hill to climb, it was doable and we enjoyed that. But a very easy drive as well. Kitchen had what we needed, and loved having the coffee makers and pods. VERY happy with this place! Highly recommend"

"Great atmosphere and setting. Keep in mind that as an older and historic hotel it doesn't have some frequent modern offerings, i.e. pool, morning breakfast. Staff was friendly but they operate without many employees."
