Great location across the street from the ocean and walkway 64.
Just a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Hear the ocean and get a peek from the screen porch and deck. Cabana Cafe/Austin's Grill is a short walk up the street.
2022 Updates - Landscaping and new water heater.
Lots of updates in 2019 . A new totally renovated kitchen in 2020. Kitchen seats 10 at the table and 6 at the island. Seating/TV area off the kitchen opens to the deck - there's also a card table with 4 chairs if more seating is needed. Screen porch has a picnic table
3 central heat and air units (upstairs unit is new 2021), so you can control separate areas, also ceiling fans
Smart TVs in every room except the upstairs bunk room and 2 dvd players w/dvds
Huge family room with tons of seating ; 65” TV also, many books and games.
Nice loft area with additional seating - great game room - Wii game system, TV and extra sleeping if needed (futon and twin sleep sofa), mini frig, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, game table with board games and lots of kid's books.
Extra frig in laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and board
2 Kayaks w/life vests (boat ramp is on the creek 2 streets behind or head for the ocean.
Paddleboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler & beach toys, sand toys

We had a great family experience and enjoyed the environment created by the owners who’ve proved lots of extras.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at BrookGreen Gardens. It was centrally located for us with ample space for everyone who needed to come in and out. Hair and makeup trials were in the kitchen/entry area with great natural lighting. We didn’t have time to use them but these owners are generous with kayaks, paddle boards, sand toys and other items you generally have to buy or rent when you come to town. Definitely would love to stay again!
