BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 6-minute walk. Guests can walk or bring/rent a golf cart and ride to one of seven neighborhood beach access-ways (limited parking). The nearest is located on the south side of Litchfield Inn.
CREEK ACCESS: The private fixed dock is located on a tidal canal providing built-in benches and floating dock with attached gangway. A small public boat launch is located on Sundial Drive on the opposite side of the canal, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays will be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Unauthorized pets discovered at this rental home could cause risk of rental termination without refund and $500 penalty fee. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

Very quiet location and a five minute walk to the beach. Or drive down in 1 minute, was able to get a public parking spot each day. Not a crowded beach area too mid April. Arrived to a very clean home and it served our needs just fine.
This is a great house for (slightly older) families! Open and inviting, it was perfect for hanging out, working puzzles, talking, and just being together. There is a room with a TV but it doesn't intrude on the quiet of the main room. The beach is within easy walking distance but is just a bit far if you plan on carrying a lot of gear. The house has an elevator but if you have little kids it might not be your best bet because of the more open construction of the elevator. Not to mention the way it rises out of the floor! So cool! Anyway, great place, we loved it (our kids are out of college) and we already booked it for next year!
