BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 2-minute walk. Using the side path of this corner lot, follow the last half of Powell Lane (a short block) to Norris Drive and cross over to the boardwalk path.

CREEK ACCESS: A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

DISCLOSURE: Two wireless cameras monitor the property during non-rental periods only (disarmed during occupancy) - one on driveway tree faces under the house, one on back of house faces the pool.
