  • Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island. There are 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful view of the pond from your balcony while enjoying the fresh air or take a stroll on the well manicured grounds to the beach, pools, and resort amenities. The main resort complex has restaurants, a fitness center, bike rentals, tennis courts, and a fishing lake. Come and ENJOY!

    Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor to this 1 BR condo with an eat in kitchen with granite countertops, a bathroom with tile shower, a cozy living room with a TV, and a balcony with 3 chairs and small table. Towels and linens are provided.

    Free parking onsite. You can rent bikes onsite and walk to the beach. You might need a car to get around town to enjoy some of the top restaurants and shopping in the area.

    This unit is located in Litchfield Resort with restaurants, an ice cream shop, and Starbucks . The Litchfield complex is beautiful with walking and bike paths that lead right to the ocean. Spend the day at the beach with restrooms and an outdoor shower for exclusive use of Litchfield Resort guests.

    Free parking onsite. Walk or bike to the ocean or other onsite amenities. You might want a car to go to some of the amazing local restaurants or take a day trip to Myrtle Beach or Charleston.
