Fantastic place to make memories. Great ocean view condo for fun & “GOOD TIMES”

This home has been through a complete remodel. It has all upscale furnishings, wood floors, and kitchen appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Shipyard Village in the Litchfield by the Sea community. The master suite features floor to ceiling windows with a great ocean view, a king bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a TV. The master bedroom has a connecting newly renovated bathroom with a new tub and separate shower. One guest room has a queen bed, nightstand, full dresser, and a 40-inch TV. The other fun filled guest room features 2 bunk beds. Most renters say that this room is an absolute kids heaven. It has an area with a flat screen TV for gaming/movies. Both guest rooms have a convenient vanity/sink area in each room. The family room has the most amazing view of the ocean with a 55' flat screen. This amazing area has a huge sectional that screams COMFORT. You will find that this family room is connected to a well-stocked kitchen and wet bar for great conversation. Great sunrises over the ocean can be seen on the deck as you drink your early morning coffee. (This area seems to be some of our guest's favorite feature of the condo.). The deck has a new "high top" table and chair set along with a glider. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide a newly installed ice maker. Our past guests really like the extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, highchair, playpen, Keurig coffee maker, reserved parking, and central AC/heat. We pride ourselves on the new/ upscale furniture throughout. All Linens are included with 8 bath towels and fresh sheet sets at no extra charge. Your fresh clean beds will be ready and waiting on your arrival. Departure cleaning fee is included in price. We proudly provide a Downstairs storage closet that includes several beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a tent for your beach fun. Everything provided is intended to cut down on your packing to come to the beach. We certainly want to offer all the convenience possible. Our condo is located in the LITCHFIELD BT THE SEA community. As a guest, you will have access to the miles of bike/jogging paths, the community also has a public fishing and crabbing dock. The location of the community is right in between Pawley's Island and Murrel's Inlet. This location allows you the opportunity to explore many eating options. No Smoking and No Pets. The pool does close for the off season. Dates vary from year to year and can be provided per your request. NOTE: Google maps is incorrect. We are not 6 minutes from the beach, we are actually just steps to the beach)) Location - Oceanfront. Maximum Capacity: 8.

Absolutely wonderful! Closest unit to the beach. Only a few steps and your toes are in the sand! The unit was clean and had all the necessities that we needed. The host was very responsive to answer any of our questions. We can’t wait to book again next year!

Fantastic place!

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals I have stayed in. Comfortable, spacious, beautifully appointed and decorated. Close proximity to the beach, wonderful views. Mattresses were first rate. The general area is very nice too, lots of great restaurants and shopping. We had a family emergency, and the owners were very understanding and accommodating. I would stay there again for sure. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

What a great place to make memories. Very clean and well appointed condo just steps from the beach. The open living area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. The dining table is large with chairs and benches available for any combination of desired seating. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and it’s a great place to relax after the beach. The “beach” closet has everything you need from chairs , boogie boards, beach toys, and even a sun tent !

I Highly recommend staying at this condo!! Great views of the ocean, steps away from the beach. Everything you need is included in the unit. Very clean and convenient for all. Communication was great throughout the stay. No complaints whatsoever. Great rates too! We'll be back soon!

Ocean Front stay

Great location, very well stocked and equipped condo for my family. The accommodations were very welcoming and comfortable. Had everything that was needed for a great beach week, including many chairs, tents and sand toys. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an oceanfront beach stay that all you need to bring is your bathing suit and family!

Very nice property! We love this area and have stayed several times, this is the nicest property so far we have stayed in. Very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a canopy. Kitchen and furniture are excellent quality! Easy beach access and ocean front view from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. Love it!

Third stay here

This was our third time staying at this very well located, well equipped and comfortable condo. Steps from the beach (with beach views from living room and primary bedroom) in Litchfield by the Sea and very near many local restaurants and shopping. Check in and out were very easy. Property manager is very organized and helpful. Can't go wrong here!
