It features a split bedroom layout - 4 bedrooms (King, King, Full, Single, Full, Single), 3 baths. Open living, dining and kitchen await your family gatherings. All bedrooms have cable tv with Showtime. Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and bar seating. Overall place was nice and comfortable- could use a good cleaning. Floors were nasty - and I mean nasty. We were told we could have our boat with us - it just had to fit in a parking spot. HOA will harass the mess out of you - even if you were given permission for something.
