Great spot for a reunion with friends.

The home was well located, comfortable and clean, and the property management was responsive and positive. We had a great time and during our visit.

They are prompt, and will do what needs to be done to fix an issue! We love the location of our house - a quiet little loop! The pool is wonderful - the grandkids love it! It was so nice to see that the owners are continuing to improve the house! The new floors on the first level are a great addition! Can’t wait to see what comes next year! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful two weeks at Hawksnest Bay! It’s really great to see the owners continuing to make big and little improvements in the house. The one recommendation I might make would be to replace the utensils in the kitchen: silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, grill utensils, etc. And one other thing would be a lightweight blower to be used around the pool area. We love sitting by the pool with all the trees, but we are sweeping all the debris away from the pool frequently. We love the location of the house, and look forward to returning every year! It’s like coming home! We also love working with Tidelife! Their response to any issue is amazing and fast! They are also extremely accommodating! !

Great home close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home and it was perfect for our family with 4 teenagers. The home is situated 2 blocks from the beach with multiple public access points to the ocean. The home has several places to congregate as a family, as well as, find quiet time separate from others. The backyard pool and patio area are well equipped for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. We enjoyed spending time inside the screened-in porch with the swing and rocking chairs as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes for cooking for a larger crowd. We would definitely recommend this home to rent for a larger family or several families vacationing together. Locally we found Hanser House and Quigley's Pint & Ale restuarants to offer excellent local food with curbside (or dine-in) options. It was quiet, but well situated to get to local attractions in Myrtle Beach. If you want to take a day trip to Charleston, it will take 1 hr 45 minutes each way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we’ve ever rented from Tidelife, and we’ve been coming here for 32 years! I have to tell you that it was a very rewarding experience. Your promptness in addressing some minor maintenance needs was very much appreciated! Clint was very professional and took care of everything! Even down to getting us a portable propane tank for the grill when there was a leak in the original hose! And when the owner came out on Sunday morning to clean out the pool after a big storm, we were blown away! What a nice man, and we told him he had certainly chosen a respectable, responsible rental company to represent him. There are only a couple of things I would recommend: linens that fit the beds and pillows. The sheets were soft enough but they pulled off of the mattresses and the pillow cases were too short, too. New pillows for the king size bed on the first floor - they were flat as pancakes! And I know there are lights hanging around the rooms, but a few lamps would be a nice touch, and make it feel warmer! I know the owners haven’t owned the house for very long, and he told my husband they are planning on doing updates every year, (the bathroom in the downstairs hallway is wonderful, and the pool area is beautiful!), so we are really looking forward to seeing the newest updates next year! Thanks for a delightful two weeks! Can’t wait until next year!

Great family vacation!

We rented this property for a week for a family vacation - there was plenty of space for everyone, the house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, pool was a great addition for afternoons after the beach, and the location was only a 5 min walk to a great beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation at North Litchfield

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation at Hawksnest Bay in North Litchfield Beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. We really enjoyed this spacious home and the kids especially loved the pool in the evenings. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and dining together at the large dining table. There's plenty of space below the house for parking and storing all your beach gear -- also the showers, bathroom, and laundry on the ground level are really convenient. This is our second year at Hawksnest Bay and we'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family vacation, overall a very pleasant experience. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool, location, short walk to the beach and sitting in the screened in front pouch let us enjoy the nighttime family discussions. One significant issues with the propane system that feeds both grill and hot water for all the house. The large tank (requiring a fulling service truck) ran out of gas just as we were preparing to grill dinner and take showers from the day at the beach. Cleaning supplies were also limited.

Family Getaway

We had a great time at Hawksnest! The property was great for our group of 12. The kids loved the pool & it's only a short walk to the beach. The porches & deck were a great place to hang out. We loved it!
