Gorgeous Pawleys Island True Blue Golf Resort condo is waiting to welcome you. Come golf, beach, dine, swim, walk, or lounge all in one place. Pool located steps from your front door.

3 bed, 2 bath in pristine condition sleeps up to 8, and TVs in each bedroom. Newly updated and absolutely gorgeous! Conveniently located on the coveted first floor, so NO STAIRS! Features a fully-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, washer/dryer, Nest temperature control, complimentary wireless internet access and cable. Easy lock box, touch free check-in.

The on-site amenities available are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools and hot tub's, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and amazing cuisine choices. Golfing right on site and a golfing school within walking distance so you can take lessons while on vacation.

All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, ensuring both convenience and comfort. The primary suite has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your favorite vacation recipes. Spices, oils, coffee K-cups, creamer, sugar, and a few basic necessities are all included.

The Living room is newly furnished and very airy and spacious with lots of light. Plenty of room to gather around the electric fireplace for games or watch some movies.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or the primary suite and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. Sink into one of the chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you listen to birds and take in the natural landscape.

True Blue golf course is world class and definitely walkable. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and if that's not enough, there are 8 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

*LINENS INCLUDED (NO FEE) AND EASY NO CONTACT CHECK IN PROCEDURE - we give you a key code because the last thing you want to do after traveling to your vacation destination is make a stop to pick up the key!

1 pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. Dogs must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet. Dogs should also be crated if left alone.

Centrally located to popular destinations, and close 5 min drive to the beach. 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 12 miles to Murrels Inlet, 70 miles to Historic Charleston - easy drive to all.

This was a beautiful condo. Very clean, with super cute decor. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms had all the comforts of home. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Audrey was so quick to respond to messages. A wonderful weekend getaway

Peaceful Retreat

This condo is so beautiful. There was so much natural light and everything made us feel right at home. I was traveling my grandma who is in a wheelchair and my dog. The condo made everything easy to access for my grandma, and my dog loved his welcome treats. We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a peaceful holiday retreat!!!

Having stayed in several VRBOs over the years, I have to say that Audrey hit all of the buttons on details in this unit. It was super clean, bottles of water in the refrigerator, a welcoming bottle of wine, instructions for TV/internet, etc. It was very comfortable and certainly worthy of a return visit.

the condo was well equiped with many things we didnt expect it had beach chairs and towels games staple foods very clean bedding and towels easy access to the unit close to many of the places we wanted to see tvs were in all the rooms great wifi signal manager was super helpful Pawleys Island community are a very friendly bunch easy access to the beach to walk and enjoy the oceanwe hope to come back for another staymaybe longer next time

Location! Location! Location!

Location was perfect, in that it was in Pawley’s Island, not too far to where I once lived. We have friends in the local area so meeting up with them was easy as we did not have to fight the traffic at the end of the summer season (before Labor Day). The golf courses where the tournament was held for 2 of the 4 days were close by. The unit is in a clean & quiet neighborhood.

Wedding Celebration

My son got married on 9/30 in Debordieu. We decided to make the most of our time there and stayed for 2 weeks. Thankful for a clean pet friendly condo. Audrey even left pumpkin dog treats! The condo had everything we needed. My family rented 3 condos from Audrey and all were 5 *****. We ate at the clubhouse several times and the food is very good. Great location. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect for our Long Term Stay

We stayed in the condo for 5 weeks in Jan-Feb. Communication with the host was great. After the first few days we were settled and didn't need to communicate until check out. She gave us our space but would be there if we needed something. For the majority of the time it was our family of 3 plus dogs but we did have a few visitors down at various times during our stay. The space was perfect for 5-6 adults. Quiet area but close enough to visit Myrtle Beach or Charleston. My husband spent a lot of time visiting different golf courses in the area and enjoyed the restaurants in Murrells Inlet.

Great place for our girl trip!

What a great spot for our girl trip! The girls consisted of myself, my mom, and my two daughters of 4 years and 8 months. The first floor location made getting in with all the kid gear a breeze. We also loved being so close to the pool. The layout of the condo allowed us to spread out, and there were even some toys that the kids loved! The kitchen was well stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed. The only bummer was the light coming from the front of the building was so bright in the front rooms it could be challenging for light sleepers. All-in-all we had a great time and we would definitely love to come back!
