Paget 302 is a beautiful condo and freshly updated! New cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint - the works! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, open floor plan in living, dining and kitchen areas, and a balcony with a wide view over the clubhouse and cabana out to the ocean. The dining table has 6 seats with 2 additional breakfast bar seats. Bedroom 1 opens to the balcony and has a luxuriously updated bathroom with double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower with grab bar . Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This unit has a reserved, covered parking space. The Paget is located near the tennis/pickleball courts, Somerset pools and hot tubs.

1 covered assigned parking and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
