    The Space:

    This is a beautiful and spacious condominium with spectacular ocean and salt marsh views. Recently renovated in February 2026, this home boasts beautiful views from every bedroom and balcony. Guests will have access to the shared pool and hot tub located right out front! Just a short walk or bike ride away guests will also find tennis courts, and a very nice shared, oceanfront cabana house with a large sun deck.



    The beach, pool, tennis courts, and awesome beachfront cabana area with deck might make you want to stay here for your entire visit! Walking and biking are a great way to see the indigenous wildlife right around Litchfield by the Sea. Family owned and operated, the Hanser House seafood restaurant is located right outside the property on Highway 17! And just across Highway 17 is Eggs up Grill, and many nice boutique shops and a grocery store.

Great Place, Great Space

Enjoyed this home. It was as pictured-very nice space with a great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Our family was very pleased with this space.

Best view in Litchfield

Absolute best weekend with my kids! The place was immaculate. Very comfortable furniture. Seemed newly renovated and was very tasteful. The view was incredible and truly the best sunrises ever.

Nice spot!

Apartment was perfect - clean, ocean views, great AC, nice bathrooms and beds, beautiful open island kitchen. Must have a car if you’re staying in this area because there really aren’t many places to eat which we were not expecting. Would absolutely come again!

Beautiful Condo, beautiful weather

September has to be the best time to visit South Carolina beaches, fewer crowds, warm ocean and pool. I shouldn't tell😊 Wonderful view from this newly remodeled condo.

Family weekend beautiful view

View was beautiful, amazing balcony, plenty of room for our family. Couple of things to improve on gate passes were not there which delayed entry for about 45 mins and more towels per bathroom and better quality towels would enhance the overall experience. Otherwise lovely condo.

Beach Weeks

The location and size of the condo were perfect for our family of 5! Cleanliness could have been better - Sandy floors and sandy sheets on one bed (we washed the sheets fearing they had not been cleaned since the last stay). There was also open food in the kitchen drawers. We would rent again but hope property management will step up the cleaning.

Average stay - could have been better

Condo is in a great location on the property and has a beautiful view. Floors, cabinets and bathrooms have been redone. Otherwise, furniture and appliances are in need of an upgrade. For example, heating element in dishwasher is out. And also some inconsistencies in furnishings. For example, lights in kitchen/primary bedroom are mix of warm and LED light bulbs. No lighting in the foyer. Primary toilet is leaking.

So much possiblity

The inside of the condo is quite nice. The view could be very enjoyable. We planned to be on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails while enjoying the beautiful ocean. We were not able to do this We were not made aware at the time of booking or when we arrived that maintenance work was being done which involved sanding down all balconies. At first we thought the layer of dust covering the balcony rails, furniture, windows and floor were from ocean mist and salt water. Very early the next morning the maintenance work started and clouds of dust appeared from other balconies and the noise sounded like a Jack hammer. Our final day involved workmen climbing on the balcony, moving furniture, sanding with a large floor sander, at least 1/2 inch of new dust, caution taped sliders to the balcony and then later a power blower moving dust around. The balcony was unusable, the view looking out from inside was cloudy with dust and privacy was lost.

Location and Views

This property has the potential to be a truly 5 star experience. With some attention to detail and care for the condo it could be truly amazing. However, right now it misses that mark. This one has so much going for it (condo layout is open concept and lovely, gorgeous views, and fantastic location). Easy communication with the rental company and very nice community amenities are also definitely a plus. The negatives are minor, but they add up and at this price point it matters. The property appears clean upon entry, but once you’re settled in you notice the worn and moderately stained furniture as well as places that were missed by the cleaning crew. It’s not filthy by any means, but it’s not fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with older appliances and dish ware that make cooking meals challenging. The bedding is thin and isn’t great quality and had us looking for additional blankets. I travel often and usually stay in VRBO properties. I’ve definitely experienced 5 star VRBO homes. The well maintained community grounds, very nice pool, easy beach access, and beautiful views are huge pros, but the cons are noticeable.

This was a fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 children. The pool was great, beach access was great, parking was easy and convenient and the property was fantastic. The unit itself was super nice and plenty spacious for us. All in all just a great rental. We will probably come back!

Our stay in Pawley’s Island was absolutely fabulous! The oceanfront condo was beautiful, clean, and had the most incredible views. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway.
