Easy living and dog friendly, this low-rise raised beach house offers single level living on second row. Basic but comfortable accommodation is provided on a split floor plan with two bedrooms and a full bath on each side of the central common areas. The front screened porch is the heart and hub of the home boasting rocking chairs and the sound of the surf.

MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN & 1 BUNK SET (2 singles), 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, dining/game table area with daybed/trundle, main living area opens out to screened porch w/rockers.

GROUND FLOOR: Covered parking, private driveway, back yard.

AMENITIES: Cable TVs-5, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, ceiling fans, washer/dryer room, covered back deck, screened front porch w/rocking chairs, grill, covered parking, outdoor rinsing shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

BEACH ACCESS: On second row with the nearest beach access located across the road and one door down.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
