Relax at Mulligan Marsh! This updated first-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at True Blue Golf Resort in Pawleys Island is the perfect spot for golf getaways, beach vacations, and family trips. Located on the award-winning True Blue Golf Course, the condo offers peaceful views, resort amenities, and quick access to the beautiful beaches of the Hammock Coast.

Inside, you will find an inviting open living area featuring a 70" Smart TV and a convenient workstation for anyone who needs to stay connected during their stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need for preparing meals after a day on the golf course or at the beach. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi/cable, traditional coffee pot, toaster, microwave and central HVAC. The primary suite features a comfortable King bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms offer a Queen bed and two Twin beds, each room including its own TV, and access to a second full half bathroom.

The screened in porch in the back is a peaceful place to sit and have coffee in the morning, to read a book or enjoy a cocktail. The unit has a nice walk in closet in the master bath and all the bedrooms have plenty of space. True Blue is conveniently located near grocery stores and some great shops as well as to many restaurants and is just a short drive to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this unit.

Only issue with the condo was there was only one pan (a huge one!). However the company advised us to grab a few a publix and they reimbursed us! Super friendly crew and the condo was super cute, comfy furniture and had a great time feesing the turtles in the pond!
