Welcome to Sundial, a classic and exceptional 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach home with private pool. Ideally situated just a short 3 min walk from the highly sought-after South Litchfield Beach – a hidden gem in the Lowcountry. The kitchen and all bathrooms and living area were renovated in 2020.

Exterior features include a pool and hot tub, a gas grill, covered and screened porches, crow’s nest with a view of the ocean, ample space beneath the house accommodates beach essentials like surfboards, kayaks, and golf carts, along with a convenient outdoor shower. Nestled on a low-traffic street near the beach, this residence invites you to unwind, play, and bask in the sun at South Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island, South Carolina paradise of relaxation.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks

PLEASE NOTE*** This is only a 3 min walk to Litchfield Beach. It has been requested multiple time to update the maps but because Litchfield Beach is a public beach and the GPS location is the marker location for measuring the distance to the Public Beach markers and shows 13 minute walk to the beach marker. It is actually 3 minute walk to be on Litchfield Beach.
