We loved it. We loved the property, the location, the views, the secluded private pool, the peace and quiet, the cleanliness, and the Wi-Fi. The cleaner and the pool people/gardeners were all very nice and polite so all in all a great holiday.

Fabulous view from Villa Windmill

The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must.

Villa Windmill is situated about 6kms from the ferry port.A car is essential as tavernas and shops are not in realistic walking distance.The views from the pool area are stunning.

Beautiful little gem

This is an incredible place tucked away up in the hills of Paxos. If you’re looking for somewhere with beautiful views, private and secure garden and pool and comfortable accommodation then look no further.

Almost a perfect little house, on a fantastic island

Almost perfect, this little house! Perfect service for cleaning house and garden, same thumb up for the swimming pool! Perfect location, beautiful view and so calm! 2 min from the nearest village, with nice restaurants. but few remarks, it is time to change the drying rack, it is a wreck...to improve thermic isolation and Air conditionning... Pity to get only 7 nespresso capsules, for 2 people on 9 days! We would had appreciate some more personnal and warm welcome (thanks for the orange juice and a french bottle of wine...why not a greek one ?)...never mind we had nice time in the windmill villa!

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my wife. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Villa Windmill and Magazia were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Lakka and Loggos (both reachable within 8 min drive from the villa). While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Loggos and Gaios (Paralia Kaki Lagkada, Paralia Kamini, Kipos and Gianas beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall Villa Windmill is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Un petit moulin dans un paysage de rêve

La windmill se situe sur une petite propriété dans la nature, au calme, avec une vue idyllique sur la mer au loin. C'est un lieu ressourçant et reposant. A 2 minutes en voiture, il y a un petit village avec boulangerie et de très bonnes tavernes. Dans la windmill, tout est rond. Elle est confortable et très propre. Le ménage a été fait durant le séjour et un poolman vient vérifier et nettoyer régulièrement la piscine. Le seul point négatif : la climatisation n'était pas très efficace et trop bruyante. Pour résumé : nous avons adoré cet endroit et avons envie d'y revenir !

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison (Mai 2024). Die kleine und gemütliche Mühle ist super für zwei Personen geeignet. Zu dritt würde ich dort nicht hin, da der dritte Schlafplatz ein kleines Schlafsofa im EG(Küche) ist. Die Mühle wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt und ein Poolreiniger kam jeden Abend vorbei. Da wir elf Tage vor Ort waren, hätten wir eine Waschmaschine nett gefunden, aber es geht natürlich auch so. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte ist, dass direkt unterhalb des Grundstücks ein weiteres Grundstück mit Ferienhaus angrenzt (Millers Cottage). Der Kamin des dort direkt an der Grundstücksgrenze gemauerten Grills endet auf Höhe der Mühle. Wenn man wie wir die Ruhe sucht, ist man also auch auf das Verhalten der Nachbarn "angewiesen". Unsere waren ebenfalls ruhesuchend, also alles bestens. Natürlich befindet man sich auch hier in Griechenland, irgendwelche Arbeits-/Maschinengeräusche waren also jeden Tag zu vernehmen, aber durchaus im Rahmen. Insgesamt fanden wir unsere Auszeit in der Mühle toll und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Windmill :-)

es war alles wunderbar, wunderschön & einfach perfekt. Regelmäßig kam eine Putzfrau und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Ebenso kam täglich der poo-boy, den den tollen pool gesäubert hat. Die Villa ist klein & schnuckelig - genau richtig für zwe Personen. Die Lage, das Anwesen und natürlich der pool - meeeeega schön. Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage dort - vielen Dank dafür.

Wonderful Windmill

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at the Windmill in Paxos. The pool area and BBQ were great and the location is high up with amazing views. The interior of the property is unique but dated and is in need of a bit of updating and love and care, but has everything you would need for your stay.

Great location peaceful and with a stunning sea view. Quiet neighborhood and with a good privacy. The pool was clean and the gardern was very well maintained. 2km far from Gaios and walking distance from a small village with bakery bar tavernas and pharmacy as well.

Terrace, pool, beds, and barbecue everything was just as it should be. Nice sea views from the terrace. We made good use of the terrace in the evenings to look at the starry sky and enjoy the cool sea breeze. The area itself is great in every way. We enjoyed our holiday very much and have already re-booked this villa for next year as well.

Best Honeymoon Property!!!

My wife and I booked this property for our Greek island honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully clean and well stocked! The pool was an amazing feature to be able to use after each day at the beach! The location was ideal for being out of Gaios but still near enough to each village to get into quickly!! Taso Taxi service was incredible for getting us to and from the port and Vasilissis ATV and Scooters were so sweet and helpful with renting us an ATV to get around the island! Also check out Andrea with Paxos and Thalasses Kayak rentals! We can’t wait to come back!

It was a magical place to stay. We visited Giaos daily at least once a day sometimes twice finding the choice of places to eat and the standard of food high. Overall an excellent holiday - Genesis Taverna in Gaios we thoroughly recommend - used it every night as the staff, food, and views were great. That is amazing service! I would be happy to recommend this villa (and any other one from this owner!).

I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. We recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Magazia were perfect for my family. We really enjoyed the stunning sea views and perfect natural landscapes from the terrace and pool area. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa and the sea is only 5 minutes drive away. The place is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. Villa Windmill had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.
