"Tv was not working and staff was not coperative. Didnt give towel and showers are not working. Left the hotel after 2 hours and take room in nearby hotel. Overall terrible experience."

"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. "Rooms are awesome with courteous staff . There is a negative point is it’s entrance of hotel is from parking area on 2nd floor where hotel is located. No one in Ludhiana can beat the rooms ,but if hotel improves it’s entrance , it would be cherry on cake."
