we are very appreciative and grateful to all the incoming reviews about our villa, and we also need to straighten out the excessive review that goes. we received photos you uploaded in your review, not that we let our wall be like that, only situations and conditions that have not allowed, because our occupancy rate from July to September 2017 is very solid. and because of our awareness of such walls, though only a few walls. the price of our room we have adjusted, our room price is very low compared with other villas in the area around us. our cheap room rates have been adjusted also with our location which is not in central ubud. in response to reviews about our manager, apologize, we rate the overview given too much, because it is unlikely that our manager or our staff will transcend the limit as hotelier, our managers try to straighten out and provide an explanation of booking rules, booking cancellations, and the display of properties online. but because of the anger you can not control, and the high sense of ego as a guest. you do not give our managers the opportunity to provide policies that can provide comfort to both parties. nevertheless our manager has given a very pantastic policy by giving 50% penalty policy of cancellation. and actually our manager can also offer better than 50% penalty cancellation. but you will not listen to the explanation given. if we may suggest, give people the opportunity to do something good, and reduce their selfish sense of self.
