"The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. I loved the beach view. That’s why very unfortunate that the hotel is in such a bad state. It definitely needs to be upgraded. "

"The room was very clean and the staff did a great job cleaning every day. Used the bar and it was good. Did not have time to use the spa. Swimming pool was excellent however the opening times were very late i.e 10 a.m. and it closed early. B'fast buffet good. Evening meals usually overcooked. "

"When you pay for breakfast, it only includes adults and have to pay for children above 5. You will pay daily tax that was not mentioned on Expedia. The only bright side is that the Hilton is next to a beautiful beach! "

"The staff was AMAZING at this property. Initially there were a few hiccups, which I did have to take off one star for. Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. When made aware, the staff brought the wine within the hour. Our bed however was never separated from the king to two twins which was requested before our arrival to the property, but we made do for the rest of our stay. Beyond the small mishap, the stay was flawless. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful through our entire stay, and had a lot of helpful recommendations for off-resort activities. The buffet and restaurants were completely delicious, offering something new and wonderful each day. The beach on the resort was gorgeous day or night. In all, we were so sad to leave our little paradise for the weekend. I would recommend this location and stay again in the future!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family—they are genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive in every way. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. Our room was always kept spotless, which we truly appreciated, and made our stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as enjoyable! A special thank you to Sherri-Anne, Alicia, Joan, Tiffany, Christopher, Tracceus, kissa (chef) , Ocean, Marina, Weston (beach) security and Shantel for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"
