Roger’s House Between Sarlat and Rocamadour

Enjoy private terraces, both covered and open, with beautiful unobstructed views of the valley, meadows, and woods. Barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers are provided for your relaxation.



The house has 4 bedrooms: three with 140 cm beds, one with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed. Baby bed available on request. Private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep throughout) with outdoor shower. The pool is very secure, enclosed with a gate. Two bathrooms with showers, two separate toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen for up to 15 people, with induction hob, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Living room with flat-screen TV, closed fireplace, leather sofa, and armchairs. English pool table and darts available free of charge.



Many walks and hikes start directly from the house. Cycle path on a former railway 10 km away, ideal for families, covering 20 km between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Riding center nearby. All shops 3 km away. Supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and bathing lake in Gourdon, 7 km away. The Dordogne river for swimming is about 10 minutes away.



The house does not have central heating. There is a stove and closed fireplace; if needed, an additional charge will apply. Optional services such as pets, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra fee—please request directly via the booking platform. If you bring pets, strict rules apply. Please leave the house clean at departure.
