Just a stone’s throw from the Dordogne River, water-based activities await: canoeing, swimming, fishing, and relaxing along the river. Cyclists will enjoy the bike path below connecting Gourdon to Sarlat, while hikers can explore the village’s marked trails. Lakes, a tree-top adventure course, and numerous outdoor activities round out the offerings for all ages. A semi-detached but unoccupied house accessible via a few steps, featuring a 7 m² terrace; from there, you enter the cottage with its 56 m² living area (fully equipped kitchen and living area with a cantou fireplace), a bathroom, and a separate toilet; then climb 3 steps to access a bedroom (1 140-size bed), and climb a staircase to reach the loft bedroom (1 90-size pull-out bed). Baby equipment: travel cot or small cot, high chair. Electric heating throughout the cottage.
