The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "Hotels.com said that reception closed at 20.00 but it closed at 19.00! Fortunately we arrived at the same time as some other late arrivals who phoned someone and found their room card under the outside ash tray....ours was there too. Unfortunately the details were incorrect so it took us ( and several friendly people) a long time to find our room. The whole site was almost empty and only just starting for the season. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we met the receptionist the following morning she was very apologetic. We feel that better information about the Adonis should be provided. "

"Not the most attractive hotel from the outside but everything inside was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless rooms and plentiful buffet breakfast. The pool and sauna were again spotless, well maintained and warm. Decor inside was 'different' most amusing to see various animals holding all the light fittings..!"
