La Maison Belvèsoise – In the Medieval Heart of Belvès

Welcome to our recently renovated stone house, nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Belvès, officially listed as one of the “Plus Beaux Villages de France” (Most Beautiful Villages in France). You will enjoy a privileged location, with the historic streets, market, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, our house is the perfect base for exploring the region’s most beautiful sites and enjoying the charm of the Dordogne.

The accommodation

Ground floor:

* The fully equipped kitchen features a large dining table, perfect for sharing meals together. It includes a microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also available.
* A shower room with shower, washbasin, toilet, towel rack, laundry basket and hairdryer.
* A small utility room with everything you need to clean the house: vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and a floor-cleaning kit (bucket and mop). An iron is also provided.

First floor:

* The bright and spacious living room features two sofas and a Smart TV, where you can connect to your own streaming platforms. We also provide books and children’s games. Please take good care of them.

Second floor:

* A spacious and bright bedroom with one double queen-size bed, two single beds and one travel cot available on request (free of charge).
* A clothes drying rack is available in the bedroom.

The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.

Baby equipment is available upon request, including a high chair, travel cot with mattress, plate, cutlery and glass.

Self check-in is available via a key lockbox.

Located in the heart of Belvès, one of the “Plus Beaux Villages de France” (Most Beautiful Villages in France), the house enjoys an exceptional location where everything can be reached on foot: the Saturday morning market, restaurants, shops, the château, troglodyte dwellings and beautiful walks through the historic streets.

All car parks near the house are free of charge.

Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, you are just a short drive from some of the region’s must-see destinations: Monpazier (15 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda (20 km), La Roque-Gageac (25 km) and Beynac-et-Cazenac (20 km).

From the exceptional panoramic views of Domme (25 km), to the local charm of Saint-Cyprien (15 km) and family-friendly activities in Le Bugue (20 km), everything is here for an unforgettable stay.
