Une fois le ciel dégagé, la vue sur la mer est splendide, tant depuis la piscine que depuis la terrasse. Aucun équipement ne nous a posé problème pour se poser, cuisiner ou encore dormir. "The flat is situated on a perfect location. Next to the house is a bakery, the beach opposite the flat, a lot of restaurants within walking distance. "In the past I have rated two homes with 5 stars. These homes were well equipped, with 3 or 4 bedrooms, infinity pools, perched high on a cliff overlooking the ocean, at $200-$250 a night. I thought these homes offered exceptional value and deserved 5 stares. This apartment does not have these features and has some kitchen issues (see below) but at a rate of much less than $100 a night, it offers exceptional value deserving a 5 star rating. "Les proprios sont vraiment gentils et surtout à l’écoute de nos attentes. Alain le proprio a été très généreux de nous faire connaître tous les arbres fruitiers, son jardin et toutes les plantes, fleurs de sa propriété. Il nous a fait découvrir la culture martiniquaise. On a apprécié sa piscine pcq il fait très chaud en Martinique. Nous recommandons ce studio surtout qu’il est en train de l’agrandir et le moderniser. "

"Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et malgré mes demandes avec le propriétaire, je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Le logement était spacieux, et bien situé mais l'état de propreté était moyen. A préciser aussi pour le propriétaire, il y a eu de fortes pluies et au réveil, nous avons constaté des flaques d'eau dans le couloir et le salon."

THE LITTLE PARADISE VILLA T3 SEA VIEW, SWIMMING POOL, BEACH 200m

"Great location, beautiful little town with everything you need close by. Vincent was always a text or a phone call away for anything we needed. Great and huge (old) pool that needs a little TLC but it’s a community pool not a private pool, so no chairs to seat around it. "

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nala! It was fantastic to each have our own rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an extra powder room. The views are even better in person and we loved watching the ocean all day. The pool is lovely and the outdoor areas are great for enjoying the outdoors all day. Kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to cook many meals. As some have noted, it is about a 10-minute drive up a tight rural road from the main roads, so be prepared for that. We got used to it after two weeks. Maly was an excellent host who gave us great recommendations, especially our boat trip with Captain Manou! Overall, this is a special place in Martinique, that is equal distance from Le Robert and Le Francois where you will enjoy peace, beauty and the sea. We hope to come back again one day!"

"Private, garden adjacent, narrow steep roads. Well equipped. Great hosts. Quiet a/c in the bedroom. Must love nature, as they are always present and sometimes noisy. Car is a must as the 3.5km from the beach highway is pretty well a 40 degree slope!"
