Air conditioning worked great, bathroom was clean, bed and room was clean. The only downside was the level of noise. You can hear people talking on the other side of the wall, and when we went the hotel was under construction.

The room and motel was exactly what I expected. This is an older property, but it was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances and equipment worked properly. I would stay there again if I was passing through Payson.

Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and flexible. Room was clean n bathroom was clean and aside from needing 1 more set of towels and wash cloths, exceptional. I was able to park in front of the room.all n all a great stay at a quaint Motel.

Room was updated and clean (for the most part). Bathroom was clean, and they even had good TP! Seemed like our sheets hadn't been changed, there were some hairs (beard hair maybe?) on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. Extremely kind and helpful male at the front desk! Would stay again, but would ask to not have the end room - the traffic was pretty loud next to the Denny's and the open driveway to the main road right there.

The gentleman at check in was very professional, courteous so very nice. The room was very clean and the perfect size. Sink in the bathroom was too low as was the toilet, but that was my only complaint and I was being petty, lol
