"My room this time was great. No complaints other than that it was a bit cool, and I could not figure out where the thermostat was. Outside of the room, it's a complaint I've always had that the steps on the second level between the tiers of it (it's not all one level, and there are three steps between them) are non-standard (too tall), and if you're not paying attention, you might have a bad time. Ramps would have been better."
