"Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there. "

"It was ok until urine fell on me while in the bathroom it came from the ceiling. It was very disgusting to have some one else urine falls on you"

"Room key stop working, was unable to retrieve items out of refrigerator before leaving, bathroom was not clean hair was all over toilet and tub upon arrival. Had to have housekeeping come and reclean Although the breakfast was pleasant."

"The Peachtree Hotel Midtown had all the makings of a very nice hotel, but a few issues just kept it from reaching its potential. Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep. "

"The staff was amazing. The pool was not clean. Also, parking in the hotel’s designated parking lot is not included in the hotel fee. Parking should be included for at least one vehicle. "

"My Mom never received a handicap room with walk in shower like I requested. "

"We stay here regularly because of the staff, restaurants, and location. However, the room conditions have been noticeably degrading over the last few stays. Floors are showing signs of heavy wear, mini-fridges are old, some bath fixtures are in need of an upgrade. We will continue to stay here, but I think an upgrade in certain areas is necessary."
