"Close proximity to a great restaurant. Massage chairs were a nice feature but ours didn’t work. Floor was not exactly clean and the soap dispenser was broken. The continental breakfast was just danish and coffee with a few little refrigerator items. Other than that, it wasn’t bad. It was modern and made a good first impression."

"We love the Publick House; we've stayed there approximately two dozen times on our way to/from Maine. While this was still a good visit, we asked to change rooms because the toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom fan was so loud that it could be heard outside our room door. We were able to change rooms, but wondered if the two issues in our first room would be fixed before assignig it to another guest."
