"The room was spacious, clean, attractive and the parking was very convenient. The location was very good-lots of good restaurants, including the Red Rose, and a short drive to Baystate Medical Center. One negative: the room was very dark and there wasn't anything you could do about it. The bedside lamps were weak and there was no overheadighting."

"Beds and pillows were super comfortable. One of the downsides was the bathtub where water was not draining very well. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there was a big group of students and the staff was not fast enough to accommodate such a big group in time resulting in long waits for food trays to be replaced. Overall, good stay. Would stay there again."

"We were first put in room 135, which was a king room i booked. Found a dirty tissue on a high shelf. But the worst part was the door to the outside slamming everytime someone went in or out. Needs a slow closure put on it. Thankfully the staff person was more than happy to move us. We were put on 3rd floor. In a 2 queen room but that was ok to get away from the slamming door. Breakfast was decent. Had options."
