"Older property, but clean, easy access to freeway and In n Out burgers. 20 min to Beach. "

"Front desk staff told me I should park in the neighborhood if I can’t afford valet. And to carry my bags back and forth. I was just asking if there was general parking. I felt vey unwelcomed. The room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job . The location was very close to the beach, shopping and food. The view from the hotel was decent. The valet staff themselves were wonderful. "

"Room smelled musty, tub had what looked like sand in it. Sink had muddy sand in it as well. No ice machines working. And the water pressure was horrible! We had to use the ice bucket to rinse off. Staff was not helpful. "

"This has the potential of being an excellent hotel, however it feels like management/owners don’t care anything about making a positive guest experience. My husband was undergoing medical treatment so we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We needed a quiet place for him to recover but this hotel was not quiet at all. Doors were slamming and banging all day and night long. You could hear people talking out in the halls from your room. Loud music was playing in the lobby which could be heard from our room. I think the owners should try to get a restful nights sleep in this hotel! Rooms are nice and large, but one elevator, one guest laundry washing machine, and two ice makers were out of order the entire week. No signs of them even attempting to have them fixed. Also, the entrance door closest to our room the key card was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk a few times and they said maintenance was aware and working on it, however it was still not working when we left. I would love to stay at this hotel again if there was some improvement with how the property was maintained. "

"Everything was great from check in to the breakfast the the gym and pool everything we needed was there for us! "

"This is a good hotel in a good area with everything working in its favor except for one thing: the carpet in the room was so filthy that the bottom of our feet and socks were black, BLACK, from just a few minutes of walking on it. And we have a child who like rolling around on the carpet. Yuck!!!"
