"The pool area only had towels 1x when we went down. We would have to go to laundry to get pool towels. That was frustrating. Our room was good all except the door at the bottom of our door had a gap at the bottom. So I had to use a towel to cover it. Otherwise the room was nice. Due to weather we didn't get to take advantage of the outside activities. I would stay again. We had no beach view in our room."

"We had a great time at his resort for a short stay with the family. The kids, especially loved the pool. Also, we loved the access to the beach and the view was breathtaking! The rooms were nice and clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning to this location for any future vacations."

"Check in was at 4:00, we arrived at 5:30. When we checked in we asked how long do the slides at the water park stay open? Was told till 8:00, kids were excited. Get to the water slides and they are closed, messaged the app and he said they closed at 5:00. Asked what time they open? 11:00. What time is check out? 11:00. Well for someone staying 1 night you only get 1 hour on the slides if you get there at 4:00. Doesn’t make sense. Kids were disappointed."

"First, the staff was wonderful. Really makes the whole community look better to be greeted by and helped by friendly staff. I really felt welcome and cared for. The room was big. It had a full kitchen. My room was ocean front with a nice private patio. There was a nice big area for my dogs, and it was kept clean and well stocked with bags for their waste. Plenty of easy parking. Very nice pool, well maintained. The hotel is old, a relic, surrounded by more modern giants. But I think this smaller hotel is more welcoming and less impersonal. The bed was very comfortable with quality pillows and sheets. I’d not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and I’ll certainly stay again, but longer next time. Also, I did see a lifeguard stand just in front of the hotel on the beach. I got just the rest I needed at the Vancouver. Thank you!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. There was enough room for our family of 4 to sleep. We had the 2 queen bed room with sleeper sofa. The free breakfast and coffee were delicious! All the staff we encountered were friendly. The only negative was on the morning we were leaving there was no hot water and the water pressure was low. But we would definitely stay here again."
