"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). "Great service, very well equipped indoor playground for children, excellent breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant, convenient, underground parking. The only problems were very low water pressure in the shower, too high position of all the shelves in the kitchen and the living room and the fact that the reception is not open all the time even during the day. There was no snow, but the location of the hotel is also great with a ski bus stop right near it."
