"Positiv: - Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist super. - Der (kostenfreie) Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß über den Garten erreichbar. - Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. - Der Herr des Hauses (Georgio?) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Negativ: - Das Bad ist sehr eng. Insbesondere fühlen sich größere Menschen in der engen Dusche nicht sehr wohl. - Der Zugverkehr ist etwas nervig. - Das Frühstück muss umgestellt worden sein. "I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to other travelers. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The property itself is cozy and full of charm, surrounded by beautiful nature that creates a peaceful atmosphere. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also excellent—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. "Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers."

"I arrived around 9:00pm and I had been given clear instructions on how to get into the building including codes and the process was really easy I had a WhatsApp number and was in contact with management throughout giving me instructions on how to access my room My room had everything that I needed it was clean and really cozy when I put the bedside lights on The bathroom was spacious and really clean The room had amenities such as Tea Fruit tea and coffee and complimentary water in the mini fridge which was very welcome after a long travel x I was in Fermo to attend my nephews wedding he was marrying a local girl and unfortunately I had broken my travel iron on my Rome trip so I text management over WhatsApp to ask if they had one for me and they did!!! Which was a life saver thank you very much x I really enjoyed my stay at Lido it was in the perfect location for me right on the beach and also right in the middle of the late night markets which were amazing It is also close to an amazing gelato place just to the side of the hotel x you have to try I also loved the vending machines inside and outside of the apartments But remember if you want alcohol you have to have a Italian ID card but the lovely locals helped me with that x Thank you for making my stay in Fermo so relaxed x"

"We had a wonderful stay in one of the newly remodeled suites. It was more than enough space for us and our two young girls and we loved the soaking spa and balcony! Breakfast was a really nice addition and the customer service and friendly staff made it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Excellent location!"

"The property is in the upper side of the town, the view is amazing! Daniele is the perfect host, he knows everyone and everywhere, he can reccomend you the best food spots, beaches and everything else. The room was small but very comfortable, fridge, tv, bathroom and even a small balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30 and when you get down the stairs you can smell the croissants coming out of the oven. I had a great experience, the historical part of the town is a few minutes walk and the beach is 10 min walk, in the evening (summertime) you can even jump on a small train if you feel lazy :) i definitely recommend it!
