"The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. "Atendimento e funcionários muito educados e cordiais. Nota 10! Chuveiro muito bom, quarto 212.KDT e Aquecedor. Ar condicionado com barulho mas acho que irão substituir. Cama normal, travesseiros baixos, antigos, Café da manhã sem muitas surpresas, pão de queijo poderia ser melhor... Diaria de balcão muito mais barata que pelo Hotéis.com... "

The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied.
