Easy access from the Mediterranean Highway to the airports in Valencia and Alicante. Set on 850 metres of fenced property, it features a garden and a private 8x4m saltwater pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a barbecue area, a veranda, and a terrace in the front garden. The 150-meter living space accommodates up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, and iron. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, bed linens, and towels. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The dining room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, 40-inch TV, antenna for national channels and satellite for international channels, VCR, music channel, MP3 speakers, and Wi-Fi. We have a fourth independent room outside the house (without a bathroom), the “Marina” room. There is a €30 daily surcharge if you wish to use the fourth room.
