Its beige-coloured walls, white furniture and maritime accessories make it appear very spacious and give you the feeling of being close to the beach and the sea.the holiday flat is located in the holiday complex "Dünenresidenz Usedom" directly behind the dune of the idyllic sandy beach of Karlshagen and is only 150 m away from the beach (textile and nudist).the holiday flat has been rented out since 2007.

    The flat is about 64 square metres in size and offers enough space for 2-4 people. The flat is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living room with kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, dishwasher and microwave etc.). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is bright and comfortable and has a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, towel dryer and WC.     The flat has a south-facing covered terrace and, with its approx. 400 square metre garden in front of and behind the house, offers all the conditions for perfect rest, relaxation and enjoyment. The well-kept garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a car parking space right next to the house.

    The holiday flat is very close to the beach (150 m) and has a beautiful large enclosed garden for your exclusive use with garden furniture, sun loungers, terrace and barbecue.
