In the family-friendly holiday complex Dünenresidenz Karlshagen, families in particular feel good, but senior citizens also appreciate the location close to the beach and living in the country. The modern apartment Ginsterweg 3d is part of a quadro house and an apartment over 3 levels. The 65m² are divided as follows: 1. below combined living room with full kitchen and terrace2. Middle: bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower3. Above: children's room with double bed and single bed

Gorse path 3d:
The modern three-room apartment (65m ² on three levels) impresses with a clever division and family-friendly equipment. On the ground floor you will find the modern living room with an open full kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave ...) and a large dining table for everyone. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the middle floor and thus to the bedroom with a large double bed and bathroom with shower. The kids live at the top: there is a double bed (1.40 wide) and a single bed as well as enough space for playing or watching TV. The entire living area is tiled, which proves to be very practical. Carpets and bridges make the apartment cozy. Use the beautiful terrace and the well-tended grounds to live outdoors. Your holiday home includes a parking space at the house (included). The owners provide a cot and internet (free of charge).

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schönes Häuslein

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten in gepflegter Ferienanlage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe (5 Minuten). Alles hat super geklappt auch seitens der Hausverwalter zwecks Schlüsselübergabe. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern und/oder Hunden.
