"The Hawthorne was nice, clean, convenient, the staff was friendly and it all and all met my needs. The Hotel was a little dated, but they have obviously worked to keep things up to date. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My only disappointment was the housekeeping policy. For a four-day stay, I was advised on the second day that rooms are only cleaned every three days. I would have preferred daily housekeeping, especially for a multi-day stay. Other than that, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly service"

I very much enjoyed speaking to Charlie, who was the evening office staff. He was enjoyable to speak to and very helpful regarding the community. I will be back. Thank you."
