"Great hotel, from clean room, comfy bed, great hot breakfast options. The only thing is the staff was not great. Upon check in I waited a long time to recieve help because there was one front desk man servicing a client before me, he was also on the phone at the same time as someone was stuck in the elevator and he was shouting at kids next to the desk where the food was stating unless they have money they need to move. Very poor customer service. Also the morning after for our hot breakfast, the staff bringing out food was quite rude. We were a wedding party with 5 kids including a 6 month baby and stroller. She barely gave us time to move and said “ I need to get through “ and huffed and puffed. Very odd and unprofessional"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, which made everything easy and enjoyable.The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, including a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dining ware and quality cookware, so preparing meals was convenient and stress-free.The views are truly outstanding. Watching the water from the property, especially at sunrise and sunset, was unforgettable. The outdoor spaces elevated the experience even further. The spacious deck is perfectly set up for relaxing, with comfortable sofas and chairs, soft cushions, string lights overhead, and a clear view of the water through the railing. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening conversations.The hot tub was a real highlight of our stay. Located right on the deck overlooking the water, it is large, clean, and powerful, with strong jets that felt great after a day outdoors. In the evenings the colored lights (soft blues, greens, and purples) created a beautiful atmosphere, especially as the sun set over the water. Soaking in the warm water while watching the sky change colors was pure relaxation and quickly became our favorite evening ritual. "The property is amazing and we’re a very group. Neda was very welcoming and helped throughout the process. For the large garbage disposal was a bit of concern but I all went well. We also hired the boat and it was just great experience. Overall my rating is 5* ! I fully recommend the place."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, and great for a a group of 8 or more! Something to note, there are lots of stairs and no bathroom on the level (main floor). This was a bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues. All in all, a grat stay!"
