Brand new and never been lived in Villa Akama 2 is situated in the prestigious and exclusive area of Sea Caves, this modern four bedroom villa is ideal for families wishing to be located close by to the popular resort of Coral Bay, which is a five minute drive from the villa. The villa is also within a short walk of a popular modern cafe / bar offering stunning views of the sea caves. During the summer months you can enjoy a lunchtime drink or sundowner.



As you enter the villa you will find the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and for entertainment you have internet TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection. Two of the villa's bedrooms are located on this level; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding area. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A kitchenette is located on this floor with fridge, two ring hob and a sink.



The fully equipped kitchen with Neff appliances is located on the lower ground level together with a dining area with table and chairs for eight guests. A door from this area leads you out to the terrace area.



The final two bedrooms for the villa are located on the lower ground floor; a double bedroom and twin bedroom both sharing the adjacent family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading you to the outside area. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.



The private 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds allows for you to relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue together with outside dining furniture makes this area ideal for you to enjoy al-fresco dining. For the energetic members of the group there is a table tennis available to be enjoyed. The villa offers plenty of off-street parking.
