We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they met every request with professionalism and a smile. Definitely 5 star service and facilities. Would highly recommend. A special mention to the ladies at reception and Tanos in the restaurant.
My husband had mentioned that we were travelling for my birthday and we had a lovely note, sparkling wine and cake in the room to welcome us, which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Misses a few key 5 * points - ordered a drink on arrival…once poured asked to pay as all inclusive check-in was 10 minutes later. Very strange. No pool towels ..."
