I came to Cali Resort as a solo traveller and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is lovely (room, pool and other areas in general). I also have to commend the staff for their wonderful 5* service throughout my stay. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Needs a lot of work with it’s staff they need staff to match the hotel most of them definitely haven’t worked in hospitality before Not impressed at all

We had a wonderful time at the Asimina, this has got to be one of the nicest 5-start hotels I have stayed, and I have stayed in my fair share. This hotel is well run with spacious rooms. The views are stunning as the hotel sits on a lovely beach facing the sea and is exceptionally clean. hard-working waiters and staff in the dining room. An excellent selection at breakfast and if you choose evening buffet an overwhelming variety of choice and excellent quality food. Looking forward to getting back to suite118 one fine day, which had its own private pool surrounded by flowers, shrubs and very private. We had a well-appointed spacious room with a large bathroom. But what makes this hotel stand out is the staff, who were all polite and extremely professional. A big thank you to the lovely ladies on the reception. The extremely helpful and kind Anna-Maria, together with the lovely Miruna, Laurentiu and Valentina. Thank you all for the bottle of champagne, we very much appreciated it. Lastly a special thank you to the lovely and cheerful Simona, what an asset she is, always smiling and making us laugh whilst working hard cleaning our rooms, what a sweet lady.

The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. I’d certainly stay however not sure I’d stay in this specific hotel however would stay with this chain again.

We loved the fact that this is an adult only hotel: no noise , no noisy music at the pool or kids running around and screaming (love them but not on my vacay)🤗 We were upgraded which was very nice indeed. Breakfast was plentiful, the pool is great, very big with a lot of good quality sun beds (no need to fight over them or wake up at 6 in order to secure one), walking distance to the city on a beautiful boardwalk. We used the option of late checkout for a fee and since our flight was really late, a use of a different room for 2 more hours. The staff was very helpful and very nice and our 3 night stay was perfect!!!!! Highly recommended🤗👍
