"We had three rooms booked for a week and it worked out great for our family. One room had the balcony overlooking the harbour-perfect for gathering for cocktails. The cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, the day person at the front desk was not very accommodating to our special needs. The PCH is a bit loud if you're on the corners or street side. Surprised that we could smell smoke wafting up from the front sidewalk. There are some funky parts of the hotel, but all in all it was a good experience. Convenient location, clean breakfast room, our rooms were clean."
